[ vacant tapes ] is a small collective from orlando, florida. we specialize in lofi hiphop, soulhop, vaporwave, and anything that sounds awesome.

we started in 2017 as a brand new label, not only releasing collective tapes, but helping small producers get their music on major streaming platforms.
vacant tapes' original members disbanded in 2020 due to inactivity within the label and life getting in the way of things.

in 2024, vacant tapes is returning to put out tapes and albums digitally, and also through physical media like cassette, vinyl, and minidisc.
we pride ourselves on releasing carefully curated beattapes with the best producers in the genre, and offering the easiest solution to getting your music on vinyl records.

yes! we accept submissions for album releases under the collective and we would love to hear from you.
we currently offer distribution on vinyl records, cd's, and digitally to platforms.
